I recommend starting with a free trial (our post with instructions). Once you’ve gone through the steps of registering for the trial, head over to https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/ to get started.
On the Home area, hit + New Copilot
Give your bot a name.
If applicable, provide the bot with your company’s website. This is if you want the bot to have information from your public site for answering questions.
Note: these details can be changed later.
Advanced Options
Go into this section and give your bot an icon. Leave the other settings as-is.
After hitting Create, it will take a moment to set everything up. You should be presented with the following screen. You’ll see a chat window where you can take your new bot for a spin!
With the skeletal form of the bot created, we’re going to jump straight to publishing and testing it in MS Teams.
