Head over to the Copilot Studio product page at Microsoft.com.
Hit Free Trial and navigate through the prompts. This will start you off with a 60 day trial.

Trials can be extended after they expire.
The bots you create within the trial will last for 90 days beyond the expiration date of your Copilot Studio license.
After you’ve gone through the trial registration, head over to https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/. You should reach a page that looks like this:
